By using claw.zip, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we believe legal documents should be understandable.

A clear description of the service you're signing up for.
claw.zip is an API proxy that compresses prompts, routes queries to optimal models, and reduces your AI spending. We sit between your application and the Anthropic API, optimizing requests in real-time.
Proxy Service
We forward your API requests to Anthropic after applying compression and routing optimizations.
Key Management
We store your Anthropic API keys encrypted with AES-256-GCM and use them only to proxy your requests.
Usage Analytics
We provide dashboards showing your token usage, savings metrics, and compression ratios.

Acceptable Use
Common-sense rules to keep the service fair for everyone.
No Abuse
Don't use claw.zip to circumvent Anthropic's usage policies, rate limits, or terms of service.
No Sharing
Your claw.zip API keys are personal. Don't share them or allow unauthorized access to your account.
No Reverse Engineering
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the compression or routing algorithms.

API Key Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your claw.zip API keys secure. If you believe a key has been compromised, deactivate it immediately from the dashboard. We are not responsible for unauthorized usage resulting from compromised keys. We encrypt your upstream Anthropic keys, but you are responsible for any charges incurred on your Anthropic account through the proxy.

No Warranty
claw.zip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific compression ratios, savings percentages, or uptime. While we target high availability on Cloudflare's edge network, service interruptions may occur. Compression may occasionally alter prompt semantics — use the passthrough mode for critical or sensitive queries.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, claw.zip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from service outages, data loss, compression errors, or API key compromise.

Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Anthropic's policies. Upon termination, your encrypted API keys are deleted and your account data is purged within 30 days.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where claw.zip operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
